iHeart Media

Senior UX Designer (2003 – 2013) Led the UX design direction and management of the company’s B2C marketing website, which featured iHeartRadio’s first station search (combining hundreds of radio stations to filter and listen online). I collaborated with user researchers, developers, IT engineers and consultants.

Highlights

During my time with iHeart Media, previously Clear Channel, I was the lead UX designer for the company's core business site featuring its first radio station search, investor relations, outdoor and a press room for all divisions.

The first online radio station search at iHeart Media was a huge effort that involved multiple stakeholders, consultants and internal software engineers. I led the UX design and research, interviewing key radio station outlets, and collaborated with engineers and outside consultants to produce the company's station search.

I designed and developed the Sharepoint powered company's employee portal website (Tech Exchange) that featured self service tech help, popular forms + documents, a top questions section and site search.

I worked closely with the Investor Relations department to build a custom HTML app that would provide a solution to easily allow batch uploads for secure financial documents and to also see the status for each import.

In addition to UX and development efforts, I also designed print materials for corporate share holder letters, corporate social responsibility reports and internal advertisements for product promotions, events and company awareness.
