Creative Manager (1990 – 1997) Led a team of visual designers, contractors and artists providing art and project direction for the gaming company’s product packaging, documentation and diverse marketing materials for some of the industry's most classic games like Ultima and Wing Commander. I collaborated with product managers, producers, writers, editors, translators and QA testers to ensure deliverables were on time.

Highlights
My first job out of school, starting as a paste-up artist then graphic designer and creative manager

As creative manager, I learned to find a daily balance of pushing to make deadlines, having empathy, listening, voicing my opinions, giving constructive criticism and remaining to be creative
